Whilst most situations can be resolved with one session, sometimes there are multiple layers of the onion to unpeel.
In this case we take the most important issues first, and work through over a course of up to three sessions.

Service Packages
About The Packages
The Discovery call, Intake and the RTT® session itself are all conducted via Zoom, so we can work together from the comfort of your home.
Discovery: The Discovery phase can take anything from 20 to 40 minutes. It is an opportunity for you to ask questions about the process and for me to understand what you want to achieve. This consultation is a significant part of our work together.
Intake: Following the session, if we move forward, you will be provided with an Intake Form with questions to help provide some background and help me guide you as your therapist. Once you have completed and submitted this, we will review it together via Zoom during our intake session. This will take approximately 1 hour.
RTT® Session: The RTT® Session can take between 90 minutes - 2 hours. During this time, I will guide you through a focussed meditation to uncover and address the course of the issue or challenge. You will be in control at all times, fully supported by me through this process. Toward the end of the session, we will work together on your new way forward with greater understanding and compassion for your past.
Transformational Audio: Post these sessions, you will receive a Transformational Audio that has been customised based on learnings from our time together, that will leverage those 'A-ha moments' you'll experience during our session. This gives your mind the suggestions you need to upgrade to new supportive beliefs which are in line with what you want from your life. An important part of this process is that you listen to this recording for at least 21 days.
Support: Your transformation is further supported via Premium Support (bundled as part of your package) post our call. This is our space where you can ask questions and give feedback, where we can discuss tools for life and your progress.

How Long Does a Session Take?Each Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. For that reason, I ask you to block 2.5 hours in your calendar to make sure you're not rushed.

What Does it Feel Like?The experience feels different for different people. Don't expect to feel 'hypnotised'. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What's important, is to know that how you feel isn't an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like - it's working.

Can I get "Stuck" in Hypnosis?No! That's an old tale. You are in control the whole time. We will have a normal conversation. You can agree and disagree during the whole session, you control everything. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up to go to the bathroom. If it is a remote session and our call gets disconnected, you may drift into sleep if you're really relaxed, but eventually you'll notice that you're not hearing my voice anymore and open your eyes.

How Does it Work?Hypnosis is just a natural state of relaxation, like before falling asleep. It is like daydreaming and you may or may not notice going deeper into that natural state when it is suggested to you. We think we have never done it before although we do it every day. Hypnosis is not magic - it's science! It works just by getting into the different brainwave state that is the same as when you're in REM-state. That is what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It's very easy and anyone can do it, you'll see for yourself when you do it too!

What if I Don't Go "Deep" Enough?Don't worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. It's really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all, so don't get stuck on "am I deep enough?". What's important is that you relax and just surrender to the thought that it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective.

What if I Think I Know the Reason Behind My Issue?What makes RTT® amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That is what allows you to change the meaning you attached to an experience and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients, they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.

What If I Go Back to Scenes That Are Painful or Scary?If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to thinks like abuse, or other trauma, it's important to know that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it from a safe perspective, like on a TV screen. YOU are safe. I am with you, I will guide you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal - you'll be OK.

When Will I Start to See Changes?There are 3 types of change from Rapid transformational Therapy® - every person is different: a) Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session. b) Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time. c) Retroactive: You don't see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all the things that are different in your life.

What if I Need or Want Another Session?RTT® is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is it can take up to three sessions. Some clients want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life. For both these reasons I offer different packages.
